I‘d like to acknowledge one of your Bellingham employees that I think does an exceptional job. Taylor, in the service department, has helped Lylene & I out several times. Truth be told, one of the things that I have especially appreciated about Taylor is that he always makes sure that I understand what has been done to our boat & how to use the boat safely.

My wife and I were cruising into Ganges harbor two weeks ago and struck a log… I decided to call Carrington’s cell phone to determine if our boat sustained major damage. He calmly took my call and walked us thru … to see if the pods were functioning well enough to resume motoring to the marina. His consult by phone on a weekend evening was a major relief to my wife and guests on the boat.
